Overview
We operate in line with Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014. You may return any product within 14 days of delivery if it is defective or not as described, or within 7 days for unused items in their original condition.
Return conditions
- The product is in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is provided.
- The product has not been installed or used (for construction materials).
- Custom-made or cut-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective.
How to request a return
- Contact us at hello@binaasouk.com or via the Contact page within the allowed window.
- Attach photos of the product (if defective) and your order number.
- We will arrange a pickup from your address or guide you on how to return it.
Refunds
After we inspect the returned item and approve the return, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days back to the original payment method (K-NET, Visa, Mastercard), or as store credit if the original order was Cash on Delivery.
Shipping costs
If the return is due to our error or a defect, we cover shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Non-returnable items
- Cut-to-size or made-to-order items.
- Opened chemical products (adhesives, paints, etc.).
- Products showing signs of installation or use.
